NEW AM FITNESS CAMP STARTS MARCH 1ST! ENROLL KNOW TO GET FIT FOR THE SPRING! - The next AM Fitness Camp will begin Monday, March 1st. The camp takes place 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM to 6:45 AM. The AM Fitness camp is designed to provide you with the maximum calorie burn possible in a 1.25 hour timeframe, using a mixture of cardio and strength training exercises. Participants have lost up to 20 lbs in one month during their participation in this camp. Although such weight loss is exceptional, you should be able to lose at least 8-12 lbs in one month on average, if you are at least 20 lbs over your “ideal” weight and you follow a reasonable diet plan. As a fitness camp participant , you will receive diet tips that will increase the likelihood of achieving maximum weight loss during the camp and put you on the right road to establishing a healthier lifestyle and diet choices.
