  1. 1. How much water should I be drinking?
    Answer:  We at TSF want you to consume 6-8 glasses or two 7 ounce bottle before a workout at TSF.  Hydration is very important.

  2. 2. Should protein be a big part of my diet?
    Answer: Yes, but you should have a well balance diet but because at TSF we break down so many muscle groups you need protein to rebuild.

  3. 3. Should I be taken vitamins?
    Answer: Yes, you need nutrients in your body to fight off free radicals and we don't get it from the foods we eat. So a good multi vitamin and antioxidants will help.

  4. 4. Is oatmeal good to eat I know it's high in carbs?
    Answer: Oatmeal can be a good source for early morning energy but not every day. Before a workout but other wise just to high in carbs. 1 bowl is 50 grams of  carbs.

  5. 5. I love fruit can i eat fruit?
    Answer: Yes, but in moderation.  Fruit is high in sugar so once the body consumes sugar it wants more.  Fruit is a healthy snack especially berries.

  6. 6.Now that winter is coming what changes should I make to my workout regiment?
    Answer: During the fall and winter months people tend to pick up more weight gain because of colder temperatures and people wanting to stay inside. Now that the weather is changing it is very important to stay active.  Additionally, consider increasing your vitamin C intake to help fight against the cold and flu season.
