    Beginner Fitness Levels Welcome!! Challenging Workouts for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. You have waited long enough, it is time to get started! Your body needs a good workout and your energy level could sure use a boost. Do not accept another day with poor health and low energy. This is the place to make a change for the better. The average participant in these camps lose from 5-11 lbs and 2-4 Inches across the Hips.
    Fitness Camps will include some outdoor fitness drills, depending on weather!! Most of the workouts will take advantage of our wide open fitness floor and our weight training stations. GTbox workouts will be combined with weight training and fitness drills to develop Cardio Fitness and Strength. You can expect this program to help you acheive a new level of fitness in 3 weeks that will feel great on your body. You will improve in Strength, Agility, Flexibility & Balance. Your Heart and Lungs will benefit directly and significantly from the Cardio workouts. NEVER BORING!! The workouts will change daily and really get your blood flowing in the morning.
