GTbox = Cardio Kickboxing with "RESULTS"

GTbox is a non-contact workout developed by George Tyler that uses many combinations of Boxing, Karate and Dance moves to create endless variations of Total Body exercise that is Effective and Motivating. The Punches & Kicks can be visualized in defensive situations and truly provide a great workout to develop Strength, Flexibility & Balance. The Dance moves develop rhythm & coordination. Variation is a key ingredient in any workout program, at Top Shape we mix up the classes to include Punching Bags, Steps & Light Weights to break the routine and ensure continued progress. We bring it all together to create dynamic workouts that keep your fitness interesting and fun.

Levels: All fitness levels are welcome. Each person must set goals for themselves and continually achieve progress in the workout, going a little longer between breaks as they progress. The advanced students continually progress by increasing the intensity and quality of their movements, developing stronger punches, higher kicks and focusing on keeping their abs and glutes tight throughout the workout. In this 1 hour Everyone Will Sweat and get the most effective workout possible.
